Wow, we’ve already reached stop number three on our virtual book tour. We’ve met lots of hungry, lazy people in our travels so far, introducing them to the wonders of Lazy Gourmet cooking along the way. Today we visit Catherine, of Living The Gourmet, whose motto is “Traditional cuisines made simple with Catherine & the crew!” Catherine grew up in a “loving Italian family that loved music and good food.” These days she blogs about traditional foods (not always Italian) and explains how to make them in an easy, no-nonsense, unpretentious style.
